Our final, final, really final Kettle Chip was a long four months in the making! We marinated our own Texas Peaches in Evan Williams Peach Bourbon, alongside Komodo Dragon Peppers, for four months; to create what we think is a ChiliHead-Flavortown-Masterpiece! 
 
This Chip has a Peach Bourbon Flavor, but all the alcohol has been evaporated during the drying process. 
 
Our SHU ratings are noted as a reference to the specific peppers that are used in our products.
