In the summer, we go the extra mile to make sure your chocolate reaches you in perfect shape. We use Thermal Insulated Bubble Mailers and include an ice pack to help keep it from melting. However, please understand that we can't take responsibility for any chocolate that does melt. We highly suggest tracking your package to avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or a hot mailbox.
